Lemoniq launches as a complete formulation and compliance platform for makers of food supplements, functional drinks, fortified food and cosmetics — serving manufacturers across the EU, US and global markets. Build product formulas as versioned BOMs across every major format (capsules, tablets, softgels, gummies and powders), with per-format wizards that validate fills against real capsule, tablet, softgel and gummy specs.

A ingredient library with full compositions, dose limits and permitted forms feeds every formula, while the compliance engine checks each one against the relevant market: nutrition, health, beauty and performance claims, novel food status, upper intake limits, additive maximum levels, permitted vitamin and mineral forms, and mandatory label statements. Specs, labels and documents generate from the formula itself — versioned, traceable and ready for any market.

Two compliance modules ship together, extending Lemoniq from formulation into production safety and lab control for supplements, cosmetics, fortified food, drinks and beverages. The HACCP module builds process-family plans end to end — hazard analysis, CCP determination, risk matrices and a documented plan per product family. The Lab/QC module (LIMS-lite) manages the analytical side: specifications, sampling plans (AQL), test methods and results, identity testing at goods-receipt, certificate-of-analysis generation, and stability studies across the shelf-life timeline (T0/3/6/12/18). Both connect directly to the Formulator, so a formula change flows straight into the safety and quality layer.

A full QMS layer over the platform: deviations and non-conformities with CAPA and change control, document control with versioning and e-signatures, and a training matrix that gates sign-offs to trained personnel — all backed by an immutable ALCOA+ audit trail (GMP)

The vertical-native ERP goes live: a manufacturing backbone built specifically for makers of supplements, cosmetics, food & beverage, household products and pet supplements — not a generic ERP with plugins bolted on.
